The study analysis is an attempt to understand prevailing processes of interventions at different stages of the watershed development project cycle. It includes a review of the roles played by different agencies in terms of facilitation, training and mobilizing primary stakeholders. This gives an insight on the extent of participation of the community and operational strategies of watershed implementation. The analysis focuses on most common as well as the rare processes, while simultaneously looking at variations across projects, Government and NGO-PIAs.
