Capacity Building Inputs

The objective of evolving capacity building action plans is to properly identify the training and support needs and deliver them in time. This is being done with the active involvement of Project Facilitation Agencies, Gram Panchayats, Village Organisations and Primary stake holders. A Capacity Building Action Plan on yearly basis is developed according to the needs of the primary stake holders (Self Help Groups, User Groups, Labour Groups, Village organization, Gram Panchayat) And a Training Calendar is prepared on quarterly basis to deliver the services.

Budget for capacity building action is sanctioned by District Water Management Agency (DWMA) and released to Village Panchayat which in turn releases to the Village Organisation. The primary stakeholders would reimburse the training costs to CLRC from the Village Organisation as per the cost  norms developed by AMR-APARD.
