Building Resource Persons on Land Revenue Literacy and
Basic
Engineering Skills:
Building a platform with civil society organisations
and engaging with the program took much time and energies. Through
this process various unions and dalit organizations are now
actively associating with CLDP and made it one of their agenda.
This process also created more people to engage with the program
at village and mandal level. it also created a space for an
appropriate platform for building resource persons on land revenue
literacy and improve their skills in basic engineering. This process
is to create a pool of resource persons at village and mandal
level who will be with the assignees, mostly from their
communities. This resource base is expected to help People's
Monitoring Committee (PMC) that is taking a concrete shape now.
