Processes in Watershed Programme - NET PLANNING (Telugu)

People based action plans are the significant indicators for the people’s participation in watershed programme. User Group based action plan (net planning) is one among them. It involves the  consolidation of all the works envisaged in the lands of all the farmers in a user group with all details like the budget and maintenance etc. This film depicts the process involved in the Net Planning and narrates its significance in the watershed works implementation. It was conceptualised on the basis of the field experience of DDNN (a network of NGOs based in Bhongir). Developed in association with APRLP. A useful educational tool for the field level functionaries and watershed community.

Matti Batukulaku Kotta Upiri (Telugu) - MARI Anubhavam

A film that depicts the positive  impact of a well conceived and properly implemented programme which provided a concrete solution to the hapless labour. It shows how the disgusted labour who were forced to migrate remained back in the village to take up the tank desiltation activities with the support of local administration, NGO and farmers. It reflects a message that if the developmental programmes are implemented properly and effectively,  true to their spirit and stated objectives, they would provide immense benefits to the needy and vulnerable  people. Developed in association with Inter Co operation (IC), NGO Programme AP and  MARI, an NGO based in Warangal with the active support from DWMA, Warangal. Available in CD format  both in Telugu and English versions. The film can be re-educating tool for all those involved in developmental programmes more so for the Policy Planners and NGOs who facilitate these processes.
